We are committed to providing you with complete transparency about how your information is used and shared in the process of tax related services.
THG retains data only as long as it is needed for business, tax, or legal purposes. We set our retention periods based on the type of personal/business information collected and how long the information is needed to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations, such as ongoing litigation, mandatory data retention laws, or government orders to preserve data relevant to an investigation. When we no longer need to retain data, THG will purge, wipe, destroy, or otherwise render it unreadable or indecipherable.
