At THG, we are proud to have a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals previously serving clients across financial consulting, tax, and audit engagements at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and Deloitte & Touche.
100% of all THG employees are Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), which means they have completed the necessary education and experience requirements and have passed a rigorous 4 part exam.
Having a CPA offers our clients the highest level of assurance and allows unlimited representation rights before the IRS. CPAs may represent their clients on any matters including audits, payment/collection issues, and appeals.
In addition to having CPA licenses, all THG employees also carry active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credentials. The CISSP designation is a globally recognized certification in the field of information security. It is designed to validate an individual's knowledge and experience in the field of information security and to demonstrate their ability to design, implement, and manage a cybersecurity program.
To earn the CISSP certification, an individual must have a minimum of five years of work experience in two or more of the eight domains of the (ISC)² Common Body of Knowledge (CBK). These domains include:
Security and Risk Management
Asset Security
Security Engineering
Communication and Network Security
Identity and Access Management
Security Assessment and Testing
Security Operations
Software Development Security
The CISSP is one of the world’s most valued Information Security certifications. THG clients have the added benefit that their personal and financial information is being handled by someone with the highest level of cybersecurity skills, at all times.
